📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and sales tracking using POS systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Supervise and train a team of 5-10 employees, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to company policies.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue, such as promotions, cross-selling, and customer loyalty programs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the regional manager to develop and execute store-specific initiatives.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels and efficient restocking processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field, preferably in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) or grocery retail.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth in a retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, POS systems, and sales forecasting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
