📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Delivering engaging and effective English language lessons to students of all levels, including General English, IELTS, and TOEFL preparation.
• Developing and implementing lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and student learning objectives.
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to help them improve their language skills.
• Utilizing a variety of teaching methods and materials, including textbooks, multimedia resources, and interactive activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in English Language, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a language learning environment.
• Certification in teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or a similar qualification.
• Proficiency in English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience with teaching IELTS and/or TOEFL preparation courses is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and Microsoft Office.
