As a Hub Leader, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring operational processes using tools like SAP and Jira. You will work closely with regional managers to ensure that all logistics operations run smoothly, and you will have the chance to develop your leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the Indramayu logistics hub, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of packages.
• Manage a team of 20-30 staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and monitor operational processes using SAP and Jira, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with regional managers to develop and execute logistics strategies that drive growth and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and government agencies.
• Participate in company-wide projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, including SAP and Jira.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
