📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of properties, including maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management.
• Develop and implement strategies for property development and management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Monitor property performance and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
• Participate in market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Lead and mentor a team of property managers and support staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management and development.
• Strong knowledge of property management software such as Yardi, BuildingIQ, or similar.
• Certification in Property Management (CPM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing properties and driving operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
