📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Implement and execute Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Conduct regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues in manufacturing equipment.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and address maintenance needs, improving overall operational efficiency.
Monitor and analyze equipment performance data using tools like SAP PM or similar maintenance management systems.
Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules and work orders.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging industry.
Certification in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM or similar systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in manufacturing equipment.
Familiarity with ISO 55000 or other international maintenance standards.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
