Cloud Up Group is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team in Kulon Progo. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our team members grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtual,Provide ongoing support and mentoring to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with company goals and objectives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs,Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
