📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical content,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing,Conduct user research to understand customer needs and improve documentation,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the development of training materials and user guides

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical writing tools (e.g.MadCap FlareConfluenceor similar)Basic knowledge of HTML and CSSExperience with version control systems (e.g.Git)Familiarity with Agile methodologiesStrong research and analytical skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
