📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Monitor and evaluate employee performance.,Develop and implement training programs to improve team skills.,Manage schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.,Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
