📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic event plans that align with the company's vision and goals.,Identify and cultivate potential partnerships and collaborations to expand the company's reach and impact.,Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and attendees.,Create and deliver compelling event content and experiences that resonate with the target audience.,Monitor and analyze event metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and partnerships.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management and partnership development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management and partnership development.,Proven track record of successfully planning and executing strategic events and partnerships.,Strong knowledge of event planning software and tools.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for creating memorable experiences.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
