📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the identification, evaluation, and negotiation of potential sites for new projects.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify suitable sites for acquisition.,Prepare and present reports on site acquisition activities to senior management.,Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth site acquisition processes.,Manage and maintain relationships with site owners and developers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to site acquisition.,Provide support to the Site Acquisition Manager in achieving departmental targets and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to real estate.
