📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the nursing team and ensure that all patients receive the highest quality of care.
  • Assess patient needs and develop care plans that meet their individual requirements.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate any changes to the medical team.
  • Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that the nursing unit is clean, organized, and safe.
  • Promote a positive and supportive work environment for the nursing team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nurse in a clinical setting.
  • Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian is required.
  • Commitment to providing excellent patient care and contributing to the success of the healthcare facility.
