The Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager or Manager to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This position is responsible for overseeing the clinical services of our Regional Eyecare System, ensuring the delivery of high-quality eye care services to our patients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinical services department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of eye care services.,Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with national and international standards.,Manage a team of clinical staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high standards of care.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.,Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the overall success of the Regional Eyecare System.,Represent the Singapore National Eye Centre at national and international conferences and events.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clinical services and patient data.,Ensure the availability of necessary resources and equipment for the smooth operation of clinical services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Ophthalmology, Optometry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical management in the eye care industry.,Proven track record of successful clinical service management and leadership.,Strong knowledge of clinical standards, guidelines, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate eye care services.
