📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial planning and analysis of the company.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and reports.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Provide financial guidance and support to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.
