📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of HR Administration and Ancillary Services.,Manage and coordinate HR-related activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with all local and national labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.,Provide exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders.,Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals and ancillary staff.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring a fair and transparent resolution process.,Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals to foster a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Administration and Ancillary Services.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in managing HR-related activities and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
