In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our sales team, setting sales targets, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the performance of the sales team and provide guidance and support.,Set and manage sales targets and KPIs for the team.,Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to team members.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and goals.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
