(Remote) Outlet Manager

Hub Food Sentosa is looking for a talented and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. This is a remote position that offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.

As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outlets, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for managing a team of staff and ensuring that they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
• Ensure that the outlet is running smoothly and efficiently, and that all health and safety regulations are being followed.
• Manage a team of staff, including hiring, training, and motivating them to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
• Work with the central office to ensure that all outlets are following company policies and procedures.
• Attend and participate in company meetings and training sessions.
• Ensure that the outlet is clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment is in good working order.
• Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse range of people.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with inventory management and sales tracking software.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to travel to the outlet location as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
