VERTEX Nusantara is seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Manage employee relations, including performance management, training, and development.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct regular employee surveys to gather feedback and improve workplace satisfaction.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Collaborate with department heads to address any HR-related issues or concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with remote work and virtual collaboration tools.
