Tech Camp Lestari is looking for a Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.,Manage relationships with external auditors, accountants, and other financial professionals.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Experience with financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
