📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and providing updates to candidates.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in human resources.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local job market and industry trends in Medan.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
