📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain a clean and organized office environment,Assist with daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting,Organize and file documents and papers,Assist with the preparation of coffee and refreshments for employees,Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, making copies, and running errands,Ensure that the office is stocked with necessary supplies and materials,Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and conference facilities,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Office Boy or similar role,Strong organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with office equipment and software,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary,High school diploma or equivalent
