• Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and providing personalized experiences
• Manage the villa’s daily operations, including scheduling and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Oversee the upkeep of high-end amenities such as the home theater, pool, and garden
• Arrange and manage personalized itineraries, including cultural experiences and local tours
• Handle guest communications and special requests with discretion and professionalism
• Ensure the villa’s cleanliness and presentation meet the highest standards
• Maintain a deep understanding of Bali’s cultural and culinary offerings to enhance guest experiences
• Collaborate with the concierge and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a butler or concierge role
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service in a high-end setting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of Bali’s culture, history, and local services
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive in Bali
