📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and guidance to the management team and employees.,Ensure compliance with all local and international laws, regulations, and company policies.,Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents.,Monitor and manage legal risks and liabilities.,Advise on employment law matters and ensure fair and legal employment practices.,Represent the company in legal matters and negotiations.,Stay updated with legal developments and industry trends.,Provide training and support to employees on legal and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal or compliance role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international employment laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with legal software and tools.
