📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of the organization and its employees,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and develop solutions,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development,Work with the HR team to align training programs with the organization's strategic goals,Measure and report on the impact of training programs on employee performance and business outcomes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees at all levels,Proficiency in using training management systems and other relevant software,Knowledge of assessment and evaluation techniques,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
