📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Manage and train store staff, ensuring they are well-prepared and motivated to perform their duties.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate and timely restocking.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in store administration or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing and leading a team.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and financial reporting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with store management software and systems.
