📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives.,Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze procurement performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Lead and mentor junior procurement staff to ensure high performance and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and tools.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.
