ECHO Ekspansindo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Finance Admin to join our team in Solo, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance administration and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and documents.,Prepare and process financial reports and statements.,Oversee the payment of invoices and manage vendor relationships.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial data.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.,Lead and mentor junior finance staff.,Develop and implement financial processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
