📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily data entry tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Develop and implement data entry procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Train and mentor junior data entry staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions as needed.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.,Generate reports and provide data analysis to support business decision-making.,Maintain and update data entry systems and software as required.,Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry and data management roles.,Proven track record of managing and training data entry staff.,Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Knowledge of data entry software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
