CV Widya Sri is looking for a Lead Captain to join our team. As a Lead Captain, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of captains in our shipping operations. This role offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of captains in shipping operations,Ensure the safe and efficient operation of vessels,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Monitor and report on vessel performance and maintenance,Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements,Develop and implement training programs for the team,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Captain in shipping operations,Valid Master Mariner Certificate (MM) or equivalent,Good knowledge of navigation and maritime laws,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluent in English and Indonesian
