As a Junior HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in various aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR team in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.,Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Handle employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive work environment.,Support the HR team in compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analyses.,Collaborate with department heads to address any HR-related issues or concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
