CV Sri Lautan is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous learning and development, and a commitment to fostering a culture of growth and innovation within our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Identify training needs through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations.,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, providing clear instruction and support to participants.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate training programs into the overall employee development strategy.,Provide guidance and mentorship to new employees to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
