📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees for our F&B and retail operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and regulations.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees, helping them grow and develop their careers.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with managers and team leaders to understand their needs and implement HR strategies that support their teams.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including leave management and payroll.
• Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across all operations.
• Support the HR team in organizing and executing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on F&B or retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia, particularly in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
