📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all departments.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of store managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.,Implement and monitor marketing and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Manager or similar role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of managing large-scale retail operations and driving business growth.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant retail management software.,Understanding of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
