📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute AI-driven social media campaigns for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, focusing on growth and engagement
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Hootsuite
• Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy, tailored to our target audience
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify trends to inform our marketing strategy
• Assist in managing our email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative digital marketing initiatives
• Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, social media, and digital marketing, and share insights with the team
• Support the development of our brand’s online presence and community engagement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field
• Proficient in using social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms, such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage audiences
