As a Culinary Administrative Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary operations. You'll work closely with our Executive Chef and the Culinary Team, assisting with menu planning, inventory management, and staff coordination. This role is perfect for someone who loves the coffee industry, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control
- Manage inventory and procurement of culinary supplies and ingredients
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Support the Culinary Team in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in scheduling and staffing for culinary operations
- Handle administrative tasks related to culinary operations, including record-keeping and reporting
- Support the Executive Chef in training and developing the Culinary Team
- Contribute to the overall success of Bacha Coffee by ensuring high-quality food and beverage offerings
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in culinary administration or a related field
- Proven experience in inventory management and procurement
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Knowledge of culinary software and tools, such as SAP or Oracle
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
