Apotek Fajar Fried Chicken is looking for a dedicated and experienced Captain to join our team. As our Captain, you will be responsible for managing and leading our kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food service. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.,Ensure all food products are prepared and served according to health and safety standards.,Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent food waste.,Train and develop new kitchen staff to ensure they meet the required standards.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working condition and maintained properly.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.,Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
