Pacific Construction is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Pondok Indah. This is an immediate opportunity to lead and manage our branch operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals to achieve company goals.,Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and deliver quality services.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and report on branch performance metrics to senior management.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch efficiency and profitability.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with construction software and tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
