📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in supervising and managing team members to ensure high productivity.,Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and training as needed.,Handle employee relations and resolve any issues that may arise.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Support the supervisor in strategic planning and goal setting.,Maintain accurate records of team activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
