📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track customer invoices and payments using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Resolve customer disputes and ensure timely resolution of payment issues.
• Conduct regular audits of receivables to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve payment processes and reduce delinquencies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
• Train and mentor junior staff on accounting and receivables management.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting practices and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related finance roles.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
