📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement daily activities and lessons that align with the national early childhood curriculum.
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for children aged 3-6 years.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the kindergarten’s educational programs and activities.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure a seamless transition and support for each child’s development.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
• Promote cultural and environmental awareness through educational activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a kindergarten setting.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., CPB, CCEA, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the national early childhood curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning in every child.
